Slimming recipe: Maki

Preparation time: 30 MINUTES
Serves 1 person
INGREDIENTS
50g of salmon fillets
1/4 cucumber
1 spoon of rice vinegar
1 spoon of sesame seeds
Some sugar
A sheet of nori
PREPARATION
1) The rice: Cook it with a rice cooker. Combine the rice, sesame seeds, sugar, and rice vinegar in a mixing bowl by fanning it
2) Filling: Cucumber: Remove the internal middle part, soak the rest in water and cut it into sticks.
Fish: Cut the fillet into sticks. We can use whatever filling we want: fish, cucumber, natto, avocado, shrimp, mayonnaise, radish…
3) The maki: Slightly heat the sheet of Nori over a flame. Put the sheet on a carpet of bamboo and spread the rice on it. Drop the filling in the middle. Roll it: little by little, by slightly pressing. Roll, then unroll, and roll again, as in some paper.
4) Display: Cut the roll into 6 small pieces.
Season to taste with soy sauce and wasabi.
A balanced menu: Miso soup, makis (6), cabbage salad, pineapple for dessert.
