Our in-house chef and Food Editor Simbian Chua aka ‘CHEF IN HEELS’ shares her original recipe for the popular Asian satay – with a twist.

Serves 2 | Takes 30 minutes

Ingredients:

400g Beef Cubes
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Pepper
6 Skewers

Method:

1. Soak the wooden skewers in water overnight.
2. Marinate beef cubes with the ingredients listed above and refrigerate them overnight, or at least for 30 minutes.
3. Pop them into the preheated oven (450F) for 20 minutes.

And there you have it! Homemade hassle-free Supersized Satay!

CHEF IN HEELS tip: It goes best with some grilled asparagus, salad (click here for recipe) and Djion mustard!

Enjoy!
