Watermelon granita with jasmine essence

Serves 6 | Takes 5 min to prepare, 5 hours to rest
Ingredients:
1kg of watermelon pulp (without seeds)
80 to 100g of sugar
8 Drops of natural jasmine aroma
Method:
1. Mix the watermelon pulp with sugar, the natural aroma of jasmine or orange blossom water .
2. Pour the mixture into a metal container, cover and leave in the freezer for 5 hours, scraping it with a fork every hour.
3. Serve in small glasses.
