Eggs, they’re everywhere. From the cakes we bake to the breakfast we eat, it’s hard to find a recipe that doesn’t call for it. And no wonder, because the humble white egg has impressive health credentials. They improve eyesight, promote healthy hair, protect our bones and contrary to popular belief, they do not increase cholesterol.
