To avoid seeing your legs grow bigger because of the heat, follow the advice of Anne-Laure Benattar, expert and psycho therapist.

Massage your legs in the morning and evening, always upwards (in the direction of blood flow) with a mixture of 5 drops of essential oil “Cypress evergreen” and 5 drops of vegetable oil “calophylle”. This is the perfect cocktail to thin the blood, fat destocking and facilitate lymphatic drainage.
– Melt in the mouth 2 drops of cypress essential oil mixed with a teaspoon of honey.
– Elevate your legs whenever possible. With cushions on the bed, but also during your gym workout.
– Get your legs moving. Enjoy your vacation by walking, swimming, biking and running.
– Refresh your legs ending your shower with a cold water jet, the jet pointed towards the calf and thigh. Try to do it for a few minutes.
– Drink plenty of green tea and herbal tea draining to promote blood circulation.
Think about your life because the bodies needs and making positive changes to your life!
