Reflexology: The ideal foot massage for a good sleep

Reflexology is a simple and effective way to fight against sleep disorders. Here’s how to do it.

Massage the reflex area of the liver (located halfway up the outer side of the right foot, it forms a small triangle that points downwards) with the thumb using the “caterpillar walk” technique, from bottom to top, top to bottom, then right to left and vice versa.
Finally, massage with thumb using a “rotation” – drawing a mini-circle at the same place…then say hello to a night of the best sleep ever.
