The ‘fitspo’ craze has came and swept up everyone into it. It’s a lot better than ‘thinspo’ (aspiring to be skinny), because by hailing fitness as a better way to look good, it’s encouraging people to exercise and eat better in order to get a figure they want, or to lose weight in a healthy way.

People have different goals when working out. Some of them want to build muscle, some want to tone, some want to lose fats or calories. For whichever reason you’re working out, it’s worthy to note that the usual run around the estate may not essentially be the best or the only way to stay fit and healthy.
