How to make lemon water
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass of warm water each morning and drink immediately. If you find the taste too overpowering, flavour the drink with a bit of natural honey. For an additional metabolism boost, add a dash of cayenne pepper and you’ll be dropping pounds in no time.
