It does everything: combatting fatigue, overeating, headaches and nausea. Let us discover how to maximise its efficiency, so we can maximise our enjoyment of the holidays.

Combat the little cold that’s ruining the holidays

Have you noticed that as soon as the holidays arrive, many of us suddenly fall ill? The logic behind it lies in that the body finally, suddenly relaxes and is no longer on edge. Ideally though, we would rather not spend the holidays completely ill, solely accompanied by empty tissue packets. To prevent colds, or take action proactively at the onset of the first symptoms, we rely on ravintsara essential oil. In 2003, researchers from the United Arab Emirates proved its antiviral abilities. It is especially effective at preventing the virus from replicating and thus spreading throughout the body. It also acts as a tonic that keeps you alert in spite of fatigue. The right dose: a drop on a sugar or a neutral tablet 4 times daily + possibly a drop massaged into the chest and upper back each morning and evening.
