Marie France Asia recommends the following two recipes:

Lavender infusion:

Pour 30g of dried or fresh lavender flowers (highly antiseptic and with sedative properties) into a litre of boiling water, and allow it to steep in a covered pot for 10 minutes before filtering it. Drink it hot throughout the day. This tea is also effective in case of fever, otherwise we advice to cut a lemon into 4, boiled with 50cl cold water. Boil for 10 minutes, and then steep for another 10. Drink immediately.
Chicken soup:

Garlic and onion are also potent antiviral allies. James A. Duke recommends their incorporation in chicken soup, an age-old remedy against flu (though its effects have been verified in laboratory tests in Nebraska). It is made with chicken and vegetables: potatoes, carrot, celery and parsley, along with some ginger and red peppers or chillies.

In addition, focus all plants rich in vitamin C: citrus, papaya, kiwi, parsley, and do not forget to hydrate.
