To avoid annoying and painful bloating, we should limit the consumption of food that is difficult to digest.

FROM WHERE DOES BLOATING COME?

Very rich in fibre, sugar or fat, some food tests severely our digestive system and can be the origin of a fermentation in the intestinal area that causes inflammation and pain, especially at the end of the day. An intolerance (or a hypersensitivity) to some compounds (gluten, lactose, etc. …) sometimes leads to the same result. To avoid it and keep a flat stomach, it is better to limit the consumption of cabbages, raw vegetables or onions, which especially cause gas. It is not a question of eliminating this food from our daily diet (except maybe sodas and chewing gum), but restricting them to enjoy their benefits without experiencing the unpleasant effects. Other food can be irritating; it is up to each of us to know ourselves and determine what we can and cannot tolerate.
