The 19th edition of the World Gourmet Summit is in full swing and Singaporeans, who count eating as one of their favourite past times are thrilled to be a part of this gastronomic assembly which puts Singapore firmly on the culinary world stage. The annual event sees top notch Michelin star chefs from around the world showcase their gastronomical creations to both trade and public visitors. It is also a time where chefs and restaurants will be recognised and awarded for their innovations and service to the industry.
However, the event is more than a fancy awards ceremony or networking event for those in the food and beverage industry. There are various cooking workshops, dinners and events hosted and presented by some of the top chefs around the world. Those lucky enough can even taste some of their Masterchef creations by booking a place at one of these exclusive dinners.
