Slimming Recipe: Ruby Smoothie

With this heat, nothing is better than this slimming smoothie to cool you down – minus the extra calories.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS (ONE PERSON):

-1 small cooked beetroot

-1 ripe pear

– The juice of  1/2 orange
-A teaspoon of lemon juice

STEPS:

1) Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

TIPS FROM YOUR DIET COACH:

For a slightly stronger taste, add a little more lemon juice.
