Light Sunny Summer Recipes: Lemon Meringue Pie

Delicious and light, this lemony treat is the perfect way to cool yourself down on a hot summer’s day.

Tarte au citron meringuée

Preparation time : 20 min
Cooking time : 20 min

Serves 4

Ingredients:

For the lemon cream:
• 2 lemons
• 4 whole eggs
• 120 g of sugar
• 70 g butter, cut into small pieces
• 1 pastry trade
For the meringue:
• 2 egg whites
• 100 g sugar

Method:

1) Preheat oven to 210 ° C

2) Wash the lemons, then dry zester (take the zester or grate manual surface of the skin until rich in flavor). Cut in half and squeeze

3) Line a pie pan with the pastry and the baking paper (for easy removal later)

4) Bake the dough for about 15 min at 210°C. For safety reasons, so that the dough remains smooth and prevent it rising in places, have over beans (or beads ceramic hob)?? before baking.
