IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXPERIENCE ONE’S FIRST ORGASM AT 30, 40 OR 50 YEARS…?

Yes! Working their perineum, some women manage to finally get into the right positions and discover new sensations, regardless of their age. A physiotherapist or midwife specialising in pelvic rehabilitation can be useful consultants.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO AMPLIFY THE ORGASM?

It is possible, by exercising the perinea with contraction exercises. When making love, it is also possible by combining penetration with clitoral stimulation, or moving the head to increase nerve impulses (to practice a few dozen times before getting a result, in time thus creating a conditioned reflex).

CAN ORGASMS ONLY BE ACHIEVED VIA SEXUAL STIMLATION?

There also is the coregasm, an orgasm without sexual stimulation, which happens on the core abdominal muscles. Women may experience it during targeted exercises (of the abs) or even whilst practicing yoga or cycling, as evidenced by researchers at the University of Indiana after conducting a survey of 370 volunteers.

DOES THE G-SPOT EXIST?

The subject remains controversial, but based on large-scale interviews, three out of four women vouch for its existence.

WHERE EACTLY IS THE G-SPOT LOCATED?

The little “magic” zone is located 2.5 cm from the entrance of the vagina, on the top surface of the passage when lying on your back. Densely saturated with nerve endings, it is even able to intensify the pleasure.

DOES THE SEXUAL POSITION HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE PLEASURE

The idea is to find the most comfortable position in order to be able to focus on your orgasm. Some take more pleasure in a dominant position (Andromache, the woman on the man) or dominated position (the missionary position, the man on the woman, or the doggy style, the man behind the woman).

WHAT IF YOU HAVE ORGASMS IN YOUR DREAMS BUT NOT AS A COUPLE?

If orgasm is rare between the couple, this may be due to issues with timing. Each person must be sure to notify the other of the status of his pleasure, such that it does not end in fireworks for one and a wet sponge for the other.

IS IT TREATABLE IF IT (OFTEN) HURTS DURING LOVEMAKING?

Yes, the gynaecologist will look into the medical cause (herpes, cysts, etc.) or psychological cause, and then send you to a qualified sex therapist.

ARE THERE TREATMENTS THAT INCREASE PLEASURE OR SEXUAL DESIRE?

Female Viagra should have been the sexual revolution of the 2010s. But once tested and presented to the U.S. authorities, the project was blown off and abandoned. The only existing treatment to boost desire is Intrinsa (testosterone based). Issued on prescription, it is reserved for women who have undergone operations for the removal of ovaries or the uterus. For others, the single dopant is the brain. When you are in a good mental state, it works.

CAN CERTAIN TREATMENTS REDUCE THE DESIRE OR PLEASURE?

Yes, antidepressants and tranquilizers slow down and delay the orgasm. And certain treatments (such as chemotherapy and anti-hormones) result in vaginal dryness.
