One of Brazil’s hottest exports, supermodel Gisele Bundchen was chosen by Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff to present the trophy to the 2014 World Cup winning team, on July 13.
At 33 years old and with 2 kids, the top model seems to be on top of her game with multiple collaborations in addition to this latest honour.
Currently the face of H&M’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection (for which she has also lent her voice by singing Blondie’s hit “Heart Of Glass” to the benefit of UNICEF), this time the highest paid model is honoured by her home country in front of the whole world.
Next to this 1m80 beauty, and with her endless legs, players will surely feel small but perhaps also lucky as they get to see the stunning model in front of them during the closing ceremony at the Maracanã stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
After Angela Merkel in 2006 and Jacob Zuma in 2010, Gisele will have the privilege of being the first “non-political” personality to present the trophy. We kinda like that!
