Experts say that it will take at least 6 weeks, for a habit to be inculcated in you. What (bad) habits will you discard today?

Being healthier doesn’t have to be dramatic, neither does it mean overhauling your entire lifestyle. The simpler the steps, the better – it just means you will realistically have to achieve the habits faster.

From chewing constantly on cheezels at work to skipping your breakfast, avoiding some of these innocent-looking yet dangerous habits can make a huge difference in your health, or better even, save your life. The pain of discipline is better than the pain of regret – if you can choose discipline, why not?
