Bean Brothers
Located in a pretty snazzy factory lot, with a rather chic industrial aesthetic that’ll drive Instagrammers wild, Bean Brothers reliably dishes out impossibly good coffee and casual cafe food. Originally from Seoul, BB’s Malaysia outlet is a great spot for a weekend brunch, serving up the likes of avocado toast, gravlax and scrambled eggs with toast, and more.

Podgy & The Banker
With its superbly laid-back atmosphere, this neighborhood cafe in Sri Hartamas has one mission: to “serve delicious, affordable food that guests will want to return to week after week”. The kitchen serves up fare like poached eggs on toast with spinach, and French toast with banana and strawberries. They also offer a Big Breakfast option as well as simple sandwiches, croissants, cakes, and (of course) coffee!

Yes, Singapore’s incredibly popular CMCR now has an outlet in KL and we’re in love with it! Get your fill of hearty free-range organic eggs, wild mushrooms, honey rye toast, chicken sausage and more with the Common Man Full Breakfast, or if you’re in a healthy eating mood, indulge in the Sauteed Kale & Egg White Scramble. And, no, you can’t head to CMCR and not have a cup of coffee!
