AFF 2014 is back bigger than ever with a line-up that is jam-packed with international and regional fashion royalty, A-list models and even social media style icons!
To all you savvy fashionistas who have been counting down to the annual fashion event of the year and are just dying to find out the list of renowned international designers who are going to grace our sunny island this year, listen up! Audi Fashion Festival Singapore (AFF) is back for the 6th consecutive year – this time bigger and better than ever as they unveil a lineup that is studded with A-list designers, supermodels and style icons, and promise a dazzling fashion week ahead.
What to expect during the Audi Fashion Festival:
-A grand opening show by Singaporean-born designer Prabal Gurung who will be showcasing his Fall 2014 collection.
-Asian designers such as Malaysian-based Farah Khan and Jonathan Liang will be debuting their Fall/Winter 2014 collection while PARCO Japan dishes out collections from up and coming Japanese designers – spot the next Junya Watanabe maybe?
–Ashley Isham – who is no stranger to AFF – will also be back for yet another showcase as he presents his Autumn/Winter 2014 collection that will feature Supermodel Godfrey Gao – hyperventilates.
-The legion of stellar Singaporean homegrown labels presenting their latest collections include Saturday by Nic Wong, Hansel by Jo Soh, Ong Shunmugam and Exhibit. In addition, LASELLE Degree Fashion Show 2014 will also be showcasing the best works of 20 selected fashion graduates.
-As always, the best is always saved for the last as AFF 2014 will be closed by fashion royalty who is none other than the legendary Oscar de la Renta who will present his Fall 2014 collection.
-Designers aside, Hollywood celebrity and SK-II ambassador Kate Bosworth will be walking for one of the designers as well.
-For Instagram fanatics, style icon Aimee Song and her sister Dani Song will also be in attendance and will be gracing the front row with their to-die-for wardrobe. We can’t help but wonder who will be the lucky one to score a selfie with her and possibly land a post on her Instagram of 1.3 million followers?
Now that the line up has been unveiled, let the mad flurry to scour the shelves off their latest pieces begin. Lash out those red soles, dress your best, and we’ll see you there!
