The acrid smell of the haze is going to be here for a while, but it doesn’t mean that you need to get used to it.

One of the most unbearable things about the haze is living with the perpetually bitter smell of smog. Even if you’ve shut all the windows and turned on the air-conditioning, the acrid smell somehow manages to linger.

Candles are comforting luxuries that are great for setting the mood, but it is time to put them to a more practical use! Mask the odour by burning a good scented candle. As you’ll probably be spending more time indoors, it won’t hurt to use a candle to calm the atmosphere or pretend to be on a luxurious vacation.

Be sure to buy good quality candles that burn evenly and more importantly, do not leave a sooty residue or smell.

From sweet floral to fresh ocean scents, there are hundreds of fragrances flooding the market. With such an array, you can easily find a scented candle to suit your taste and your mood.
