It is important to be light handed when applying the product as long-wearing lip colours tend to be pigmented and cause chunks of product to be accumulated on one portion of the lips. Next, build up the colour gradually till you are satisfied with the opacity. Finish off by blotting your lips using either an oil blotting sheet or ply of tissue. This helps to lift any excess moisture sitting on the lips from the lip balm or lip colour.
