It’s no secret the the beauty industry occasionally ventures into the dark, unusual road and emerges on the other end with a whole new arsenal of ingredients to potentially harness in skincare and makeup products. Whether or not the ingredients sound appealing or make you squirm in your seat is ultimately a whole other question because, hey, as long as it works, who’s to say no to good skin? Most of these ingredients have either been used in traditional skincare remedies of the yester years or conjured up in laboratories afters intense research.
