Whether your hair is dry, brittle, too much dandruff, or you suffer from hair loss, here’s how you can get back to better looking locks.

Your hair is too greasy, too dry, too…everything. In short, it never works out. No matter how many times you wash, nature always comes back at a gallop. The biggest culprit is not necessarily your shampoo. Diet and lifestyle have a direct impact on the appearance of your hair and can also be responsible for its bad health.

WHAT OUR HEALTH SAYS ABOUT OUR HAIR

Rather than trying all the products that fall under your hair type, start by reviewing your every day lifestyle. On your plate, vitamins are your best allies to restore vitality to your hair. The latter coupled with some tips tailored to your hair problems may already address some issues . However, revising one’s lifestyle may not be enough to treat ailing hair. The cause may be more complex, and the best way to flush out the remains is to call a specialist. If they fall for more than three consecutive months, for example, it’s better to consult a dermatologist to remove a possible thyroid disorder, infection (such as shingles…) or an autoimmune disease. Menopause can also explain this phenomenon since it causes androgenic alopecia frequent following the collapse of estrogen. Replacement or local hormonal treatment may be considered.

But if your hair is simply capricious, follow these tips above to turn them into your dream mane.
