Eyebrow: Embroidery or Tattoo?
Eyebrow tattooing, just like the name suggests, involves piercing the skin with needles to apply the colours. Like a regular skin tattoo, it's permanent. It's cost efficient, but one thing to note is that the skin sags with age and this might change your brows. Another option, a semi-permanent one, is eyebrow embroidery. The technique involves cutting the upper layer of the skin and fill the space with colour pigments to match your natural brow colour. It lasts for two years so you don't have to do it with a pencil every morning. It's best for women with fair skin and thin brows. Make sure to check yourself in the mirror properly after your beautician draws the desired brow line before proceeding.

Eyelash transplant
Another beauty regime you can take out from your morning routine is one for your eyelashes. Women are enamoured by the idea of long eyelashes, making 'eyelash transplant' a real thing that's gaining popularity. It involves adding hair and will result in luscious eyes. One thing you should consider is the hair will continuously grow so they will need trimming every now and then. Of course if this doesn't sound like something for you, there is a plethora of mascaras that can achieve different lash effects.

Eyeliner tattoo
If you're tired of your eyeliner smudging, or you feel less confident without eye makeup? You might want to consider eyeliner tattoo. It's cost efficient (no more trips to the makeup store) and it lasts long. There will be anesthesia involved but the procedure will still be painful.

Double eyelid tape or surgery
Another measure that women — particularly Asian women — go through to enhance their beauty is double eyelid surgery. The procedure creates a second fold on top of the lash line so the eyes look naturally bigger. It's quick, but the recovery is painful. A semi-permanent alternative to get rid of monolid is the eyelid tape, placed in the same area to create a crease. Pair the tape with your eyeliner and you'll have wider eyes in an instant.
