Michael Kors shows us ‘The Golden Rules of Going Out’

To celebrate the launch of his Gold Fragrance collection, the American designer unveiled a fun and relatable campaign featuring the all-too-familiar rules of going out.

In anticipation of the luxuriously gilded gold bar-like fragrances, Michael Kors released, ‘The Golden Rules of Going Out’ campaign. As the name suggests, the video sees models Grace Mahary, Jacquelyn Jablonski and Devon Windsor going through all-too-familiar stages as they get ready for a night jaunt out in town. Of which the rules include, being fashionably late, accessorising, practising dance moves, pre-snacking and of course taking the selfie test – all while having the three fragrances at the ready, for a spritz.

If the fun and carefree campaign doesn’t make you smile at just how relatable it is, then we’re guessing you’re probably too awestruck by the trio of golden fragrances. Crafted to represent the opulence of the different metals, the scents come in 24K Brilliant Gold, Rose Radiant Gold and White Luminous Gold.

With Michael Kors celebrating his birthday yesterday, it’s a given that he too went through some of these rules before going out. Now that would be a sight to behold, wouldn’t it?
