Miley Cyrus may be bursting with a bag of wild antics but one thing’s for sure, she’s backing a good cause with the release of her next MAC Viva Glam duo.

Miley Cyrus may not be everyone’s cup of tea.  Her duet with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV VMAs has gone down in history as being controversial but that did not stop her from stepping up to the plate and hosting this year’s VMAs. From twerking to her bag of unexpected and crazy antics, there’s no restraining one of the most entertaining icons of this era. In her words, she is all ready to “let people into her world.”

Well you can definitely get a sneak peak into her world with the release of her new 2.0 Viva Glam campaign with MAC Cosmetics. Not only does she look gorgeous in the Barbie-blonde locks but the products are just as attention-grabbing as well with the bright orange hues. Now, the singer may have already made quite the splash with her first Viva Glam announcement earlier this year, but that’s not to say that she can’t return with yet another set-to-be-sold-out duo.

Also as with every MAC Viva Glam release, an unprecedented 100% of the purchase price of any product will go towards the MAC AIDS Fund. Created in 1994, the passionate  Viva Glam Lipstick raised money and awareness for HIV/AIDS at a time when the pandemic was dramatically affecting fashion communities in particular, as well as the wider world.

By purchasing one Viva Glam product, you are helping to provide counselling sessions for HIV positive women, HIV tests, sterile syringes and a whole host of healthcare treatments to aid those infected. So not only will you be buying a lip product to add to your stash, that money spent will also be going forward to put a smile on another’s face.

So even if you’re not a fan of Miley, least she’s supporting a good cause.

The MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus 2 will be launched as a limited edition offering this 11 September at all MAC stores.
