When it comes to Bond, the gadget-filled cars are definitely the stars of the movies – even if they don’t survive.

When it comes to James Bond, it’s not just the smart and spiffy suits or the glamourous Bond girls by the secret agent’s side but the impressive and stylish car that he races through the scenes. Currently with 24 films in the James Bond franchise, the latest being Spectre, there is no lack of street-pounding cars that have taken our breath away with every chase down the street.

While every car is iconic in their own right, this time all our eyes are focused on is the sleek Aston Martin DB10 whizzing its way through Spectre. Crafted in a brilliant silver, the low slung beauty was exclusively created for the film, making Aston Martin the first car manufacturers to do so. That doesn’t come as a surprise though. After all, the British automakers did create the incredibly gadget-filled DB5, driven by Sean Connery in the third Bond film, Goldfinger. With a partnership spanning over half a century and their cars appearing in 10 films, Aston Martin is quite simply synonymous with James Bond right about now. Even though these stunning motor works of art never survive unscathed.

So to celebrate the release of Spectre and Daniel Craig taking the wheels of style once again, we’ve rounded up the 5 iconic Aston Martin models that have been a part of the Bond legacy.
