Beerfest Asia 2015: Prepare to indulge the weekend away

Raise your glass and cheer to your heart’s content, because Beerfest Asia 2015 is back in Singapore this weekend.
Did you know the Vikings believed that a ginormous goat capable of providing endless amounts of beer would be welcoming them in Viking heaven? Well, even though we aren’t subscribers to Norse mythology, we sure hope that a couple of ice cold beers could be waiting for us at home after a long day at work. And if you’re anything like us, the upcoming BeerFest Asia 2015 is going to make you woozy with excitement.
Running for four consecutive days from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th of June, this bastion of indulgence will bring you over 400 kinds of cider, commercial and craft beers, with some making their virgin appearances in Singapore. And to make things even better, if you grab a reusable sampling glass from any exhibitor who is offering tasting portions, you can get other tasting portions on offer for only $1 to $2. Plus, each ticket to the fest gives you a free Welcome Beer to ease you into your night.
But what is alcohol without some good fun? With plenty of live music, stand-up comedy acts, and delightful delicacies, you are guaranteed to be well entertained while you sip on a stout with your friends. If you like your drinking games, their Great Beerfest Beer Pong Tournament is also not to be missed, and you might as well find yourself walking – or stumbling – away with some lovely prizes.
