Light up: Ignite the Singapore Flyer with PUMA

Calling all runners! How would you like to be a part of PUMA’s grand plan of lighting up the Singapore Flyer? Yes? Well then put on your running shoes – or try on the latest Ignite series by PUMA – and head down to the flyer on 12 March to ignite Singapore for PUMA’s global Ignite Your City campaign.

Be sure to have your best running face on though because if luck’s on your side, you might even be running on a treadmill beside artistes like Xu Bin, Aloysius Pang, Dawn Yeoh, Allen Chen and Charles Lee – so you know, you need to sweat it all out in style.

As for how the whole thing works, imagine a hamster wheel but instead of the wheel powering up another device, here you’ll be powering up the wheel – the Singapore Flyer. Basically, the energy generated from your runs will be stored and upon reaching the 100% threshold, the harnessed energy will be unleashed to light up the entire Singapore Flyer.

Additionally, as part of the launch event, the #IGNITEsg campaign will also be rolled out where personalities from Singapore will commit to running for 21 consecutive days and share their story through social media channels, inspiring runners everywhere to do the same. Three winners will then be awarded based on originality and creativity of their posts and walk away with a SGD200 PUMA voucher – now that’s what we call a rewarding run.

So all you have to do is prep your running gear, tighten those laces and gear up to ignite Singapore!
