If you’re staying in town during our nation’s biggest celebration, be sure to keep these activities in mind and relish in the patriotic cheer.

With the grand long weekend hot on our heels, it’s either you’ve made plans to head overseas or you’re staying put to relish in all the free time, away from work. However if you’re looking for something to fill up some of that free time though, we’ve rounded up quite the enticing selection of activities you just can’t say no to.

From going down memory lane at various exhibitions of yester years in Singapore to a cinematic telling of the times when the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew stood up to contest for an independent nation or simply basking in the glorious and set to the biggest yet fireworks display, by the end of weekend, you would only be asking for more.

So plan ahead with out guide and make sure you’ve something going on for come 7 August.
