Haute Coke: Sophia Webster designed quirky Coca Cola heels
The eclectic shoe designer teamed up with the soft drink company to design a pair of funky shoes for Paris Fashion Week this season.
To the unaware, Sophia Webster is the British shoe designer who won the best emerging accessories designer at the 2013 British Fashion Awards. So, no one’s suspecting her talent. For one, we can definitely trust her to continue down the wild fantasy road with her line up of original and hip high heels.
This time, Webster teamed up with Coca Cola to design a pair of funky shoes for Paris Fashion Week. It should come as no shock to anyone that the colour of the shoes are modelled after the distinctive red and white shades of Coca Cola, and featured a revised version of the brand’s tagline, “Share a coke with Sophia”. Last but not least, the heels piled up cute small red hearts on it and officially make us, once again, enter into a whole other footwear game.
The shoes were being shown off on Twitter by the famous Parisian department store, Printemps and modeled by none other than Rita Ora in the campaign.
While unfortunately, those heels are not going to be retailed, one thing is certain – Sophia Webster caught everyone’s attention at the Parisian fashion week! And stole our hearts too!
