When traditional gold tones just aren’t enough for you.

A new type of gold is on the market and this special alloy is purely exclusive to Chanel. The new pink gold, which Chanel is calling “Beige Gold” has been developed to obtain a unique 18 karat gold colour that strikes a more feminine appearance than that of traditional yellow gold, and is more subtle than the burnished blushing tone of rose gold.

Like black and white, the colour beige has long been fundamental to the House of Chanel. The production of this new gold is a nod to the third preferred colour of Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel herself, who loved the natural hue and the way in which it evoked nuances of skin and elegance.

Originally only dedicated to Chanel’s range of watches, the Beige Gold alloy is now boldly adapted to appear in the Coco Crush ring collection, which features a gorgeous quilted pattern design. Check out the gallery above for some of the most stunning pieces from Chanel’s exclusive Beige Gold fine jewellery range as well as their white gold and diamond paved additions to the 2016 Coco Crush launch.
