It’s always a hit or a miss.

Advertisements play an important role in attracting consumers towards a particular brand or product. Not only must the visuals be creative but mentally captivating to bring you to the store. 2015 has seen many Spring/ Summer or Fall/ Winter campaign images surfacing all over social media and print. While some ads were successful in conveying the theme and story behind the collection, some struggled and fell short.

For example, we love Alexander Mcqueen but the advertisement produced by the brand was not as impressive. While we love that new faces were casted such as Jamila Hoogenboom, we struggled to see the clothing, which was supposed to be the focus of the advertisement.

Head over to the gallery up top for a roundup of other advertisements which barely made a good first impression. Let’s hope that these brands bring their A game next year and redeem themselves.
