Can sustainable fashion get any more stylish? H&M proves that it can.

Want to wear a dress that will have a positive impact on the planet? In yet another revolutionary move by Swedish fashion brand H&M, the new H&M Conscious Exclusive collection will introduce the pioneering sustainable material BIONIC®: recycled polyester created from plastic shoreline waste. Millions of tonnes of plastic waste end up in our oceans annually, and H&M is pushing for greater sustainability and style with its 2017 collection.

Supermodel and philanthropist Natalia Vodianova is the face of this year’s Conscious Exclusive campaign, her first ever campaign for H&M. “I am proud to appear in the H&M Conscious Exclusive campaign. It’s amazing to see the advances in sustainable fabrics that are used in the collection, pointing towards a more sustainable future for all fashion,” said Natalia Vodianova.

Besides a full womenswear collection, Conscious Exclusive will include kids’ pieces for the very first time, and also release a Conscious Exclusive fragrance formulated out of organic oils. With dreamy, ethereal pieces perfect for spring, making conscious fashion choices can’t get any easier. Flick through the gallery above for a first peek at the collection, and take a look at H&M’s short film about the pleated gown made in BIONIC® below:

The collection will be available in around 160 stores worldwide, and online, from April 20.
