Innovation in fashion might be a tad difficult today, but the Israeli-American luxury fashion designer, Elie Tahari doesn’t think so.

For New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2015, he unveiled a dress made from technofabric black mesh material covered with more than 50 iPhones. The model appeared on the ramp with iPhone dress that could basically capture a 360-degree view of the show, giving fans the chance to obtain direct access through a livestream video on the designer’s website.

The ‘iPhone dress’ was revealed on the same day as the launch of the iPhone 6. Coincidental or not, the designer has always been a fan of the iPhone. As he said, “I’m inspired by the iPhone. I’ve always been. The only device I really have is an iPhone. So I was very excited for the launch of the iPhone 6 today.”
