10 Summer Desserts: Strawberry Granola Yoghurt

Strawberry granola has never tasted so good!

Serves 4 people
Ingredients:

For the strawberry lassi:

– 500 g strawberries
– 300 g white cheese
– 6 tablespoons brown sugar
– 6 mint leaves

For the granola:

– 300g of oat flakes small
– 50g of cashew
– 50g whole peeled almonds
– 50g pumpkin seeds
– 50g sesame seeds
– 6 tablespoons liquid honey
– 10 cl of water
– 4 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 150 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, almonds and cashews mixed roughly, pumpkin seeds and sesame.
  3. Heat water in a saucepan. Off the heat , add the maple syrup and oil . Add to cereal mixture.
    Spread the mixture on two baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes of cooking, stirring every 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool on baking sheet , then store in a tin.
  5. At serving time , mix cottage cheese with strawberries, mint and brown sugar.
  6. Pour yoghurt into the bottom of a shallow dish and cover with granola. You can garnish the dish with some fresh strawberries.
