This is one cheesecake that will be giving you bouts of dessert lust for weeks to come. There is something exquisitely complementary with chocolate and bananas, and this surely doesn't disappoint. The smooth and light golden banana cheesecake is draped with a soft bitter dark chocolate ganache.

You cannot go wrong with the classic New York-style cheesecake. Featuring a delicious cream cheese and sour cream filing, lemon rind and juice, with a perfectly baked graham cracker crust, this goes to show that you can't go wrong with the classics.

While its name might be slightly misleading, the Strawberry Souffle at Flor Patisserie is actually a fluffly, exquisitely soft Japanese-style cheesecake. Piled high with succulent strawberries and fresh cream, this light cheesecake is the perfect dessert to top of a meal.

Boston Cheesecake, Chef Icon
Each bite of the Boston Cheesecake at Chef Icon is sublime perfection. Exquisitely creamy, light yet wonderfully rich, this is definitely one cheesecake to try. The bakery's The Peanut Butter Cheesecake (SGD7.80) is also absolutely worth a try. Essentially all the goodness of the Boston Cheesecake, but with the addition of creamy peanut butter that is not too overwhelming and pares down the richness of the cream cheese.

Every day should be World Cheesecake Day.

We have to concede: we have a weakness for cheesecakes. Lusciously creamy in texture, crowned with a beautifully golden top and finished with a buttery, crunchy graham cracker crust, it’s not hard to see why the dessert proves to be a constant crowd-pleaser.
