Paste
Paste is located in The Gaysorn, one of Bangkok's most prestigious shopping malls. The restaurant dishes out contemporary Thai food created from traditional generations-old recipes, whilst using quality ingredients (both local and organic) to create plates that are as masterfully prepared as they are a work of art. A few standout dishes include their signature Yellow Curry with Crab Meat - an unusual choice for a Thai curry, but one that turned out to be surprisingly tasty, creamy and absolutely indulgent. Its dessert menu is as delightfully experimental as the mains: think shiitake mushrooms made from white chocolate parfait, and more.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin
Sra Bua Kin Kin, located in Hotel Kempinski, has carved out a niche for itself with its fine dining Thai-inspired dishes, cooked and presented with an impressive contemporary interpretation. It's conceptualised by world-renowned chef Henrik Yde Andersen, whose Copenhagen-based Kiin Kiin restaurant also clinched a Michelin star rating, and Head Chef Chayawee. Their food pushes the envelope on gastronomy, with creations that include a curry served with the texture and temperature of ice-cream and more.

Saneh Jaan
Thai dishes using actual recipes used for the royal family form the core of Saneh Jaan. Its grandiose interiors amplify this, with the vaulted ceilings and decor. Its menu features a mix of crowd favourite dishes as well as less-known recipes, and their must-try desserts.
