Our guide to all the new restaurant, bar and cafe openings in Singapore this April!

Looking for new restaurants in Singapore for your business lunch or dinner date? Here are our top picks of exciting new openings this April!

For the burger enthusiasts: award-winning burger and milkshake sensation Black Tap opens in Marina Bay Sands, making its first foray from New York City to Asia. Gourmet burgers and larger-than-life milkshakes – need we say more?

April also promises more firsts, with Singapore’s first dedicated duck ramen restaurant Kamo Soba Keisuke. Located in Holland Village, it’s opened by the Ramen King himself Chef Keisuke. While duck is not typical of Japanese food, we see the wisdom behind the ridiculously luscious duck slices.

K-food lovers will also delight at the opening of Jjampong specialty restaurant Nipong Naepong and Korean-fusion spot NY Night Market. And lastly, if you’re looking for a new watering hole with impressive cocktails to boot, make a date at Shangri-La’s uber sleek Origin Bar. Designed after a vintage railway station, all its cocktails are inspired after Singapore’s historic and storied neighbourhoods like Chinatown, Little India and Orchard.
