We’re never ones to resist a good glass of bubbly so imagine our delight when we found out that Singapore was to have its very first champagne bar at Scotts Square. To be sure, Singapore’s cocktail scene is booming, with new bars opening all the time –but if you want to treat yourself to some fine wines and exclusive champagnes, it’s time you head to the latest champagne hot spot in town: Time & Flow Champagne.
Located at Scotts Square, Time & Flow Champagne retails a wide range of premium organic wines and champagnes procured from eco-friendly and organic wineries around the world. Here, patrons can order their exclusive and limited organic grower champagnes by the glass and indulge in champagne pairings with unique finger foods like Marcona almonds seasoned with organic rosemary, and homemade Shio-Koji (salted rice malt) granol.
Apart from the Champagne bar and wine salon, Time & Flow Champagne also houses an academy for oenophiles within their premises which is expected to commence this September. Conducted by experienced and esteemed wine professionals, the programs are designed for wine aficionados of any level.
