Duck salad in tuna dressing

Serves 2 | Takes 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2x250g Duck breast
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Hardboiled egg
  • 300g Salad vegetables

Sauce:

1/2 Can of tuna in water
1 Tbsp of mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of honey mustard sauce
1 Tbsp of roasted sesame sauce
1 Tsp of honey

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season duck with salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Sear duck, skin side first.
  3. Turn and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer duck to roast in a preheated oven for 5 minutes until the skin is crispy or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
  5. Arrange salad and duck on a plate and drizzle with tuna dressing. Serve with hard-boiled egg and vegetable salad mix with dressing.
