Slimming recipe: Poached apricots

You don’t know what to serve to your guests this weekend? Why not try the poached apricots recipe. Delight guaranteed – and with no extra calories!

Preparation time: 5 min – Cooking time: 8 minutes

Ingredients (4 people):

• 15 apricots
• 4 tablespoons of liquid honey
• 1 jar of light white cheese
• 1 vanilla clove

Steps Your Diet Recipe:

1) Cut the apricots in half and remove the core
2) Put them in a saucepan with a little water and 1 tablespoon of honey. Cook over low heat for about 8 minutes
3) Drain them and serve them in a dish with a spoonful of cottage cheese and a drizzle of honey

Apricots and fats = a winning combination. To get your body to better absorb the carotenoids found in the apricot, we need fats like cottage cheese!
