Slimming Recipe: Herb cheese sauce bento

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MIN

Ingredients (4 people):

• 300g strained cottage cheese
• 50ml of 20% fat liquid fresh cream
• 2 onions
• 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
• 10 chive sprigs
• 10 coriander sprigs
• 10 parsley sprigs

method:

1) Place a bowl and electronic mixing beater for 10 minutes in the freezer to make it cold and keep the cream in the fridge
Meanwhile, wash and trim the herb sprigs finely
2) Peel and slice the onions
Mix the cottage cheese, herbs, onions and vinegar
3) Use the cold bowl and beater to whip the cream until it forms a foam
Stir gently with white cheese
Add salt and pepper to taste

TIP:

This Lyon speciality is delicious not just with salads, or as an appetizer – but also with baked or boiled potatoes.
