Recipe: Soba noodles with seaweed and roasted walnuts
updated the 14 July 2015 à 18:35Here is a recipe to for seaweed with walnuts over roasted buckwheat noodles. Enjoy it as an appetizer or starter.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Preparation time: 25 minutes
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Serves: 4 people
INGREDIENTS
- 12 walnuts
- 300g of buckwheat (soba) noodles
- 2 sheets of nori seaweed
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- ½ tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon green tea powder
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
1. Rinse and dry the walnuts, and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side with oil. Salt, pepper, and keep warm.
2. Lightly warm soy sauce in the pan and remove from heat, then add the ginger and chives to it. Mix.
3. Soak the noodles in boiling water, whilst stirring so they do not stick, for the time indicated on the package. Drain and pour into the pan with the spices. Toss together briefly on low heat.
4. Cut seaweed into strips with a pair of scissors. Place 3 walnuts on each plate. Garnish with strips of seaweed and noodles. Sprinkle with green tea and serve immediately.
