Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, Singapore’s Breathe invites you to try this dynamic and rewarding challenge – with juice to motivate your journey.

If you’re looking for a cost-friendly and foolproof way to get yourself back in tip-top shape – that too in the shortest possible time – you can place your trust in Breathe Pilates, who have the perfect solution for you.

For the second year running, this innovative Pilates studio which is constantly introducing new concepts to their focus, are having their 30-day challenge, which runs from the 11th of August until the 6th of September 2014, with one day off every Sunday.

This is a challenge that will benefit anyone – it will help ease beginner practitioners into pilates by constantly motivating them to practice it everyday for a month. For more advanced practitioners this challenge will give them the chance to deepen their practice and reassess and work on their weaknesses.

Pilates requires deep stretching and is a practice that helps build core strength, flexibility and tone your body, so naturally, the idea of a 30-day challenge can be somewhat daunting. To further motivate you to push yourself through the month of consistent practice, Breathe Pilates has partnered with Daily Juice, who are exclusively offering challenge participants a daily delivery of their fresh juice, at a reasonable price. What better way to reward yourself for that daily hard work than with a fresh, cold pressed juice, delivered right to your doorstep? If you need a different kind of boost and you are not too keen on drinking juices everyday, Daily Juice is also offering a post-workout juice supplement.

An added advantage is that the classes will be intimate, so that participants will have more personalized attention – 8 participants in the Novena branch and 10 participants at the East Coast branch.

With any fitness challenge comes a great deal of focus and mental strength, so if you’re on a mission to strengthen not only your body but your mind as well, this is a fantastic option for taking that first step to a whole new, and better, you.

Participants can choose to complete the challenge at one of Breathe Pilates’s two studios – Breathe @ Novena Medical Centre or Breathe @ East Coast (Parkway Parade). The challenge costs $650 for the early bird special price – participants who sign up before July 1st 2014, and $680 for the regular price, anytime after that date. If you opt for the Daily Juice Option, it will be an additional $140 for 3 bottles of 250ml of cold pressed juice for 30 days. For more information, go to www.breathepilates.com.sg.
