This time of year can leave you feeling a little down in the dumps. Here are some small additions to your month that will lift your post-Christmas spirits.

With the biggest hump of January (Blue Monday, 15th Jan), over and done with this week, it’s a mystery why some of us may still have a case of January fatigue weighing us down. The days feel grey and rainy and we find ourselves possibly even a little chubbier since Christmas.
