The Moon: how to get the best out of it?

How can we utilise the maximum effects of the moonlight? Read on to discover some of our recommendations.

Light affects our metabolism and our hormone production. In case of the blues, you can try soaking in some daylight, or even some nightlight, by talking a walk when the moon is full or rising.

A special tip for a quick detox fast: “It is better to start on the full moon, especially during the equinoxes (at the highest tidal range). This is the period when body fluids are the most vulnerable to lunar influence,” advises Henry Puget.

Finally, to spike the libido, an evening walk under the full moon is a great preamble that boosts the production of hormones.
