When it comes to eating, how can we understand our preferences? Why do some foods attract us more than others? Here are the explanations.

Walnuts. Their convolutions evoke both hemispheres of our brain. They participate in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and, thus, clarify our ideas.

Potatoes. Highly digestible tubers, they enable us to digest and to bear the feeling of servitude.

Meat. It reminds us of the conquest of a territory.

Fish. It helps us to regain contact with our feelings and our conscience.

Onion. Very similar in its shape to our body cells, it cleanses them from toxins.

Carrot. Sliced, it evokes the pupil of the eye. And it improves vision.

Tomato. It has four cavities like our heart. It improves our cardiovascular system and helps us to overcome emotional solitude.

Celery. It looks like bones and strengthens them with its sodium: celery is 23% sodium and there is as much in our bones.

Citrus fruits. The acidity of lemons and the oranges help us digest feelings.
