You might have noticed the latest vitamin gummies craze to have hit the Internet – but do these sweet treats really improve your health?

Scroll through your homepage and you’ll find it hard not to ask the question – what’s up with all the gummy bears lately? Vitamin gummy bears and gummies to make you lose weight are everywhere lately, but do they really work?

There are many varieties of these, but most notably are the Sugar Bear Hair gummies that IT girls like Kylie Jenner, Vanessa Hudgens and more were hailing last year.

Then there is the Skinny Mint Super Fat Burning Gummies, which, as the name suggests, promise to help users burn fat. This one is a little newer to the scene but seems to be on everyone’s sponsored Instagram content lately.
