Slimming recipe: Energy Smoothie

What’s better than chilling out with a gourmet energy drink which also happens to be low in calories. Discover our Energy Smoothie recipe.

Preparation time: 5 min
Ingredients (f0r 2):

• 2 peeled bananas
• 2 kiwis, peeled
• 1 plain yogurt
• 1 handful of ice cubes
• Pressed juice of 1 orange

Method:

Mix everything in a blender and enjoy

Tip:

Add 2 handfuls of oats or muesli with fruits for a full breakfast on the go!
